Define KPIs and track adoption, impact, and overall culture shifts. Use data storytelling to drive action.

💬 Facilitate Remote Workshops

Conduct engaging, high-impact virtual workshops with interactive Miro boards, breakout rooms, and gamified challenges.

💼 Proven Experience

5+ years in organizational change, business transformation, or people consulting, ideally in remote strategy advisor roles.

🎓 Educational Background
