As a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will guide teams through transitions, growth, and transformation. You’ll partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional departments to develop people-first strategies that fuel productivity and boost morale.

  • Experience with asynchronous tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, Miro, Trello)

💼 Preferred Skills

  • Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent)
