Key Responsibilities

🔹 Performance Audits & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth assessments of digital platforms, websites, and online processes.
• Use advanced analytics tools to collect and interpret performance data.
• Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports with visualized data insights to support decision-making.

🔹 Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital operations.
• Work closely with IT, marketing, and operations teams to execute performance-enhancing solutions.
• Continuously monitor and refine implemented strategies to ensure sustained improvements.
• Establish best practices for digital efficiency and scalability.

🔹 Training & Development

• Design and lead training programs focused on performance optimization techniques.
• Conduct workshops to introduce teams to cutting-edge digital tools and technologies.
• Assist organizations in adapting to new technological trends that drive digital excellence.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and guidelines for sustained performance improvements.

🔹 Continuous Monitoring & Reporting

• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for further optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

🛠 Required Skills & Experience ✔ Demonstrated expertise in digital performance optimization, analytics, and process automation. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and enhance online systems. ✔ Proficiency in performance analysis tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar. ✔ Experience using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency. ✔ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, UX design, and workflow improvement strategies. ✔ Excellent communication and consulting skills for collaborating with diverse teams. ✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. ✔ Knowledge of scripting and automation tools for process enhancement. ✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
