Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined and communicated.
    • Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, guiding managers on effective appraisal techniques.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
    • Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Succession Planning:
    • Work with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of talent development initiatives to ensure alignment with succession planning efforts.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or related fields, with a focus on online and remote work environments.
  • Skills:
