Key Responsibilities
- Talent Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management programs aimed at enhancing employee performance, development, and engagement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined and communicated.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, guiding managers on effective appraisal techniques.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Succession Planning:
- Work with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of talent development initiatives to ensure alignment with succession planning efforts.
- Data Management and Reporting:

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or related fields, with a focus on online and remote work environments.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for talent management (e.g., LMS, HRIS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
