👩‍🏫 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Design & Development

• 🟢 Create engaging, accessible digital learning content using instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM
• 🔵 Develop content in a variety of formats such as microlearning, simulations, and scenario-based learning
• 🟣 Use authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate to develop high-impact modules
• 🟤 Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) to ensure inclusive experiences for all learners
• 🟡 Maintain content documentation for scalability and audit readiness

💬 Collaboration & Communication

• 🟠 Work with cross-functional teams across departments, including HR, L&D, IT, and Operations
• 🔵 Serve as a knowledge-sharing facilitator, encouraging internal subject matter experts to contribute
• 🟣 Lead train-the-trainer programs to empower leaders to deliver content effectively
• 🟤 Translate business objectives into learner outcomes through content strategy

📈 Evaluation & Iteration

• 🟢 Analyze LMS reports and learning metrics to identify drop-off points and optimize content
• 🔵 Design knowledge assessments that go beyond quizzes—use real-world scenarios to test understanding
