Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future training and development needs.
- Program Development and Management:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of online learning programs, including e-learning courses, webinars, workshops, and virtual simulations.
- Oversee the creation of custom learning paths for employees, tailoring content to various roles and levels of experience.
- Ensure that all workforce development programs are accessible, user-friendly, and engaging for employees in a fully remote environment.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

- Leadership and Team Development:

- Ensure that the organizationโs learning management systems (LMS) and other platforms support scalable and efficient delivery of training programs.
- Explore new ways to enhance employee engagement and interactivity in online training experiences.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for workforce development programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for delivering high-quality training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to workforce development and online training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; a Masterโs degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development, organizational development, or online learning management.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and delivering online training programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, e-learning platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate the success of learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in online learning and workforce development (e.g., AI, VR, gamification).
