7. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth coordination and execution of operational activities. Liaise with stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and clients, to address concerns and optimize relationships.
8. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret operational data. Generate actionable insights and reports to support decision-making and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent work experience will also be considered for experienced candidates.
• Experience: For fresher candidates, relevant internships or entry-level positions demonstrating leadership potential are desirable. Experienced candidates should have a proven track record of successful operational management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required. Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software is advantageous.
