Key Responsibilities

Cultural Assessment & Strategy Development

✅ Conduct thorough cultural assessments using qualitative and quantitative research methods such as surveys, focus groups, and employee interviews.
✅ Identify cultural strengths, gaps, and opportunities to align workplace culture with organizational goals.
✅ Develop and execute strategic action plans tailored to an organization’s unique needs, ensuring alignment with its values and long-term objectives.
✅ Design and implement frameworks that measure culture shifts and track progress over time.

Leadership Development & Employee Engagement

✅ Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine the company mission, vision, and core values.
✅ Provide executive coaching to leaders, equipping them with the tools to create and sustain an inclusive and engaging work environment.
✅ Design and implement employee engagement programs that promote positive workplace relationships and organizational commitment.
✅ Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to ensure a more inclusive work environment that fosters belonging and equity.
✅ Create training programs that educate teams on cultural awareness, psychological safety, and collaborative team dynamics.

Collaboration & Implementation

✅ Work closely with HR professionals to align cultural initiatives with HR policies and performance management strategies.
✅ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to guide organizations through cultural transformation efforts.
✅ Drive change management processes by identifying barriers to cultural adoption and addressing them effectively.
✅ Establish clear communication channels to encourage transparency and employee participation in shaping workplace culture.
✅ Develop innovative employee recognition programs that reinforce desired cultural behaviors.

Industry Trends & Best Practices

✅ Stay informed about emerging trends in organizational psychology, employee experience, and culture-driven business strategies.
✅ Apply behavioral science research and case studies to inform evidence-based cultural transformation strategies.
✅ Continuously evaluate and refine culture programs based on industry standards, employee feedback, and performance metrics.
✅ Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance organizational communication, collaboration, and cultural alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Professional Background

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in organizational culture consulting, HR strategy, change management, or leadership development.

Technical & Industry Expertise

✔️ Proven experience leading company-wide culture transformation projects with measurable success.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter’s Change Model, ADKAR, Lewin’s Change Management).
✔️ Expertise in leadership coaching, team dynamics, and employee engagement strategies.
✔️ Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and their impact on workplace culture.
✔️ Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Microsoft Power BI) to assess and enhance workplace culture.
✔️ Certification in relevant frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, SHRM, ICF coaching, Hogan Assessments) is a plus.
