Key Responsibilities

Cultural Assessment & Strategy Development

Leadership Development & Employee Engagement

โœ… Design and implement employee engagement programs that promote positive workplace relationships and organizational commitment.
โœ… Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to ensure a more inclusive work environment that fosters belonging and equity.

Collaboration & Implementation

โœ… Work closely with HR professionals to align cultural initiatives with HR policies and performance management strategies.

โœ… Drive change management processes by identifying barriers to cultural adoption and addressing them effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Professional Background

Technical & Industry Expertise

โœ”๏ธ In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Kotterโ€™s Change Model, ADKAR, Lewinโ€™s Change Management).
โœ”๏ธ Expertise in leadership coaching, team dynamics, and employee engagement strategies.
โœ”๏ธ Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and their impact on workplace culture.
โœ”๏ธ Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Microsoft Power BI) to assess and enhance workplace culture.
โœ”๏ธ Certification in relevant frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, SHRM, ICF coaching, Hogan Assessments) is a plus.
