Position Overview:

We are seeking both fresher and more experienced individuals to join our pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Dispensing Medications: Accurately dispense prescribed medications to customers, ensuring correct dosage and instructions are provided.
2. Patient Counseling: Provide counseling to patients on the proper use and potential side effects of medications, promoting adherence to treatment plans.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations, including record-keeping and documentation.
5. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting customers with their healthcare needs.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated patient care and medication management.
7. Health Promotion: Educate customers on health and wellness topics, including medication adherence, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
8. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, such as medication error reporting and medication therapy management programs, to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized institution. Additional certifications or training in pharmacy practice are a plus.
• License: Must possess a valid state pharmacy license from the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council.
• Experience: While experience is preferred, we welcome freshers who demonstrate a passion for pharmacy and a willingness to learn. Experienced candidates should have a proven track record of success in pharmacy practice.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
