Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals seeking to regain mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and range of motion. Utilize your clinical expertise to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises, and manual techniques to promote healing and functional improvement.
3. Hands-On Therapy: Administer hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
4. Therapeutic Exercise: Design and supervise therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and prescribe home exercise programs to facilitate continued progress.
5. Patient Education: Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and ergonomic principles. Empower patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation process and adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
8. Continuing Education: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy practice and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Delhi.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Training or certification in specialized areas such as orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, or sports medicine is a plus.
