  3. Handling Emails: Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain organized electronic communication records.
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and team members. Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth scheduling operations.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry. Assist in preparing documents and reports as needed.
  6. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Arrange reading materials and ensure a welcoming environment.
  7. Visitor Assistance: Offer assistance to visitors by providing information about the company, facilities, and services. Direct them to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.
  8. Security Procedures: Adhere to security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges. Ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration or hospitality is a plus.
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or receptionist position is beneficial.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
  • Gender: This position is open to both male and female candidates.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
