Job Overview
As a Recruitment Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting recruitment-related data to optimize talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze recruitment data to provide actionable insights. Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data visualization software to create reports and dashboards.
- Metrics Tracking: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Trend Identification: Analyze historical recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Present findings to key stakeholders with recommendations for improvements.
- Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Use data-driven analysis to forecast future hiring needs based on organizational growth and turnover patterns. Support workforce planning by predicting recruitment needs.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR teams to assess recruitment workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement strategies to streamline recruitment operations and enhance efficiency.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening Insights: Analyze data from various candidate sourcing platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to identify the most effective channels for attracting top talent. Provide insights on candidate demographics, background, and skillsets.
- Diversity & Inclusion Analytics: Monitor diversity metrics and provide recommendations for improving diversity in the talent pipeline. Assist in developing strategies to attract diverse candidates and meet inclusion goals.
- Data-Driven Recruitment Strategies: Develop data-backed recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and engagement. Work with recruitment teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work cross-functionally with HR, recruiting, and business unit teams to understand their needs and provide relevant data analysis to support talent acquisition objectives.
- Predictive Analytics: Use predictive analytics techniques to identify potential hiring bottlenecks, and candidate attrition rates, and predict successful hires based on data-driven models.
- Automation & Tools Integration: Assist in integrating and automating data collection from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms to streamline data management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within recruitment or human resources.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling.
- Ability to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear, concise insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion metrics and strategies to improve the representation of underrepresented groups.
- Prior experience in a remote working environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently and maintain productivity.
