How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, every day brings a mix of creativity and technical skill:
- Transform sketches and notes into complete 3D models using platforms like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Share progress and ideas with team members and project leaders worldwide, keeping communication open and friendly
- Stay on top of file organization and digital workflows, making collaboration easy for everyone involved
- Review your work and others’ for accuracy and clarity, making changes as needed
- Tap into BIM for architectural tasks, and use data insights to find better ways of working
- Help present ideas to non-technical audiences through clear visuals, step-by-step images, and short videos when needed
- Troubleshoot problems as they come up, taking responsibility for your part of every project

What Makes You a Great Fit
We look for more than technical ability; you should also be adaptable and eager to grow. Here’s what will set you up for success:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, or architecture
- Three or more years working with 3D modeling in a professional environment
- Ready to learn new software and work across several design platforms
- Detail-oriented—you make sure your models are solid, accurate, and ready to use
- Strong digital communication skills; you enjoy working with people, even if you’ve never met them in person
- Self-motivated; you set your deadlines and know how to deliver results
- Familiarity with BIM, digital prototyping, or fabrication tools will give you an edge
