In this role as a Remote Accounting Manager, you won’t just be steering financial operations—you’ll be influencing outcomes that support a dynamic, values-based organization. With a yearly compensation of $95,659, this opportunity allows you to merge your accounting acumen with a meaningful mission. Company Culture and Values

We're not just remote—we're radically inclusive. Here, our culture is a vibrant reflection of diverse identities, varied lived experiences, and a shared purpose. We champion a workplace where everyone feels they belong, and success is measured not just by balance sheets, but by mutual support and holistic well-being. We support flexible work hours, continuous learning, and a supportive digital-first environment where empathy isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal leader within the finance function, you will:

  • Guide a distributed accounting team, nurturing their growth and promoting open communication.
  • Lead all aspects of monthly and annual closings, ensuring precise and timely financial records.

Our collaborative rhythm doesn’t rely on office walls. Instead, it thrives through intentional digital connection, shared accountability, and psychological safety. Whether you're based in a quiet rural town or a bustling city, you’ll contribute equally to a culture that values respect, curiosity, and resilience. Weekly syncs, peer review sessions, and asynchronous workflows keep us connected and productive.

In our finance group, excellence and inclusivity go hand in hand. Precision matters, but so does people care. The culture fosters transparency, encourages constructive dialogue, and celebrates team milestones, whether big or small.
