What You'll Be Responsible For

Medication Therapy Management

• Review and optimize medication regimens for individuals with behavioral health conditions.

Collaborative Interventions

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to tailor care plans to patients' unique needs.
• Offer consults to prescribers regarding dosage, safety, and therapeutic alternatives.

Supportive Communication

What You Bring to the Team
