Responsibilities and Duties
Core Responsibilities
- Design and conduct behavioral studies to test interventions, identify pain points, and understand cognitive biases
- Collect, clean, and analyze data using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Prepare reports and visual summaries that translate insights for broad audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed research into an inclusive, user-focused design.
- Apply behavioral frameworks to guide study design and interpret findings
- Conduct user interviews and focus groups with empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain high ethical standards around privacy, transparency, and inclusion
Qualifications and Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, behavioral economics, cognitive science, sociology, anthropology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience executing applied behavioral research
- Proficiency in data tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or NVivo
- Experience collaborating remotely with multicultural, interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to distill complex insights for clients or product teams
- Strong collaboration capabilities and a dedication to nurturing inclusive research practices
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Familiarity with UX research, usability testing, or service design
- Experience working with international or multilingual teams
- Published work, conference presentations, or public speaking on behavioral science topics
