Responsibilities and Duties

Core Responsibilities

• Design and conduct behavioral studies to test interventions, identify pain points, and understand cognitive biases
• Collect, clean, and analyze data using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Prepare reports and visual summaries that translate insights for broad audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed research into an inclusive, user-focused design.
• Apply behavioral frameworks to guide study design and interpret findings
• Conduct user interviews and focus groups with empathy and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain high ethical standards around privacy, transparency, and inclusion

Qualifications and Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, behavioral economics, cognitive science, sociology, anthropology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience executing applied behavioral research
• Proficiency in data tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or NVivo
• Experience collaborating remotely with multicultural, interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to distill complex insights for clients or product teams
• Strong collaboration capabilities and a dedication to nurturing inclusive research practices

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Familiarity with UX research, usability testing, or service design
• Experience working with international or multilingual teams
• Published work, conference presentations, or public speaking on behavioral science topics
