About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our books sharp, accurate, and always audit-ready. What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Recording and Reporting

• Maintain accurate and timely financial records for accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and deliver periodic balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure ledgers align with business transactions and client invoicing

Budget Monitoring and Forecasting

• Track project expenses and provide variance reports
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting based on department input
• Help align financial strategy with project timelines and deliverables

Tax Compliance and Reconciliation

• Coordinate with external CPAs to support tax filing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

Internal Collaboration and Support

• Partner with creative project leads to clarify budgets and expense needs
• Provide quick financial insights to inform business decisions
• Offer proactive recommendations to improve financial processes

Education and Experience
