🚀 Your Mission as a Remote Career Transition Coach

As a Career Transition Coach, your role is equal parts guide, cheerleader, strategist, and resume ninja. You’ll be the go-to person for individuals navigating the confusing maze of job searches, career shifts, and professional reinvention. You’ll work with clients of all backgrounds and industries, bringing empathy, insight, and energy to every session.

🎯 Primary Responsibilities

🔹 🧠 Coaching clients 1:1 through virtual sessions to help identify their passions, strengths, and professional goals
🔸 💬 Facilitating group coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars on resume writing, interview strategies, and personal branding
🔹 📄 Analyzing and editing client resumes, cover letters, and portfolios with creativity and strategy in mind
🔸 🌐 Providing up-to-date information on hiring trends, remote job opportunities, and skills in demand
🔹 💡 Creating engaging and educational content in collaboration with our digital team to share across platforms
🔸 🎙 Supporting podcast interviews, panel discussions, or virtual events to expand our reach and inspire career-seekers worldwide

📋 Secondary Duties

🔸 📊 Tracking client progress and maintaining coaching records
🔹 🔁 Offering feedback loops to improve client experience and adjust strategies accordingly

🧹 What We’re Looking For in You

✨ Ideal Candidate Profile

🟣 🎓 You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline that demonstrates your dedication to understanding people.
🟢 🗣 You have at least 2 years of experience working as a career coach, recruiter, HR professional, or advisor in a role that required strategic guidance and personalized support.
🔵 💻 You are digitally fluent and not afraid to test out tools, apps, and software that elevate the coaching experience. Zoom, Slack, Notion? You’re all over it.
🟠 📈 You live and breathe self-development. You’ve read all the books (or at least the summaries) and believe in lifelong learning.
