About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Heart

  • Initiate and guide inclusive discussions that foster trust and engagement.

Create a Safe, Welcoming Environment

  • Moderate community interactions to uphold respectful dialogue.
  • Celebrate diverse voices and elevate underrepresented perspectives.

Lead with Strategy

  • Develop community engagement plans aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to amplify user-generated content.

Nurture Relationships

  • Build authentic connections with users, power contributors, and advocates.
  • Host AMAs, webinars, and virtual meetups that feel personal and meaningful.

Measure Impact

  • Track engagement metrics to understand community sentiment.
  • Use analytics tools to refine and improve content and event strategies.
