Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at virtual and in-person events, meetings, and initiatives.

📌 Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with organizations that align with our mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community initiatives align with company goals.
• Facilitate joint initiatives between community groups to create a more significant collective impact.
• Advocate for community interests within the organization, ensuring their voices shape policies and programs.

📌 Communication, Outreach & Advocacy

• Develop compelling outreach materials, newsletters, and digital content to engage and inform community members.
• Advocate for underrepresented communities, ensuring their needs and perspectives are acknowledged.
• Use storytelling and impactful messaging to communicate organizational goals and successes.
• Implement digital engagement strategies to expand outreach efforts, such as blogs, webinars, and online forums.
