Key Responsibilities
Design and Deliver Training Modules
๐ข Create structured, results-driven training content customized for various job roles and skill levels
๐ข Facilitate interactive and informative sessions via webinars, workshops, and pre-recorded videos
๐ข Use microlearning, visual aids, and role-specific simulations to enhance retention
๐ข Translate business objectives into engaging training that aligns with team KPIs

Evaluate Training Effectiveness
๐ฃ Monitor learner performance and progress through quizzes, feedback forms, and analytics
๐ฃ Continuously update materials based on feedback and changes in company processes
๐ฃ Collaborate with assessment specialists to refine evaluation methods
๐ฃ Implement post-training surveys to measure impact and learner confidence
๐ฃ Leverage dashboards and data to optimize ongoing curriculum development
Collaborate with Teams and Stakeholders

Support Onboarding and Employee Development
๐ Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding curriculum for new hires
๐ Guide team members through personal development paths and leadership training
๐ Host regular knowledge-sharing sessions to reinforce company culture
๐ Provide customized training for new technologies or platform rollouts
๐ Champion a culture of continuous learning across departments
Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS)
๐ก Update, upload, and organize training content within the companyโs LMS
๐ก Track completion rates, learner scores, and feedback metrics
๐ก Troubleshoot technical issues and provide LMS guidance to employees
๐ก Ensure data security and compliance with LMS usage
๐ก Optimize navigation and user interface for a seamless learner experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
๐ข Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
๐ข At least 3 years of remote or hybrid training experience in a corporate setting
๐ข Prior exposure to employee lifecycle learning (onboarding, compliance, leadership)
๐ข Experience creating asynchronous learning modules and self-paced courses
Technical Skills
๐ฃ Proficient in LMS platforms like TalentLMS, Docebo, or Moodle
๐ฃ Advanced knowledge of presentation and collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace)
๐ฃ Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content
๐ฃ Able to manage cloud-based tools and troubleshoot remote tech issues
๐ฃ Knowledge of basic HTML or SCORM packaging is a plus
