Key Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Training Modules

🟢 Create structured, results-driven training content customized for various job roles and skill levels
🟢 Facilitate interactive and informative sessions via webinars, workshops, and pre-recorded videos
🟢 Use microlearning, visual aids, and role-specific simulations to enhance retention
🟢 Translate business objectives into engaging training that aligns with team KPIs

Evaluate Training Effectiveness

🟣 Monitor learner performance and progress through quizzes, feedback forms, and analytics
🟣 Continuously update materials based on feedback and changes in company processes
🟣 Collaborate with assessment specialists to refine evaluation methods
🟣 Implement post-training surveys to measure impact and learner confidence
🟣 Leverage dashboards and data to optimize ongoing curriculum development

Collaborate with Teams and Stakeholders

🔵 Partner with department heads and HR teams to align training goals with business objectives

Support Onboarding and Employee Development

🟠 Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding curriculum for new hires

🟠 Host regular knowledge-sharing sessions to reinforce company culture
🟠 Provide customized training for new technologies or platform rollouts
🟠 Champion a culture of continuous learning across departments

Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS)

🟡 Update, upload, and organize training content within the company’s LMS
🟡 Track completion rates, learner scores, and feedback metrics
🟡 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide LMS guidance to employees
🟡 Ensure data security and compliance with LMS usage
🟡 Optimize navigation and user interface for a seamless learner experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

🟢 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
🟢 At least 3 years of remote or hybrid training experience in a corporate setting
🟢 Prior exposure to employee lifecycle learning (onboarding, compliance, leadership)
🟢 Experience creating asynchronous learning modules and self-paced courses

Technical Skills

🟣 Proficient in LMS platforms like TalentLMS, Docebo, or Moodle
🟣 Advanced knowledge of presentation and collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace)
🟣 Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content
🟣 Able to manage cloud-based tools and troubleshoot remote tech issues
🟣 Knowledge of basic HTML or SCORM packaging is a plus
