Key Responsibilities
CRM System Development
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CRM solutions tailored to evolving business requirements.
- Build dynamic workflows, logic-based automations, and intuitive user interfaces that optimize team efficiency.
- Customize modules, layouts, fields, and rules to reflect real-time operational needs.
System Integration
- Develop seamless integrations between CRM platforms and external tools, including analytics suites, communications systems, and billing software.
- Manage API configurations and custom middleware layers to ensure synchronization of mission-critical data.
Data Management and Reporting
- Define protocols to uphold the accuracy, structure, and accessibility of CRM records.
- Build real-time reports and dashboards that deliver insight into KPIs like engagement, retention, and campaign performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, support, and product development to gather requirements and design CRM functionality that aligns with each team's objectives.
- Facilitate user training and provide documentation to ensure widespread adoption of CRM features.
Innovation and Optimization
- Audit current CRM usage and suggest iterative enhancements to improve effectiveness.
- Stay informed on CRM trends, plugins, and updates; bring in solutions that align with business needs and improve time-to-value.

Required Qualifications
CRM and Technical Proficiency
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building or administering CRM platforms in mid-to-large organizations
- Proven knowledge of designing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automated tasks
- Ability to create and manage integrations with APIs and third-party services
- Understanding of secure development practices and version control
Strategic Thinking and Execution
- Capable of translating business problems into innovative technical solutions
- Experience with modular design and scalable system architecture
- Adept at troubleshooting and performance tuning
Communication and Teamwork
- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong facilitation skills for training, requirement gathering, and iterative feedback
- Prior experience in agile, SCRUM, or Kanban environments is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or HubSpot certifications (Administrator/Developer)
- Past experience leading end-to-end CRM implementation projects
- Exposure to CX journey mapping or behavior-based segmentation strategies
- Familiarity with global compliance frameworks like CCPA or GDPR
