Key Responsibilities

Design System Development

• Build and evolve a comprehensive, reusable design system that scales across multiple platforms.
• Define core components, patterns, and interaction models, along with comprehensive documentation, to ensure seamless adoption.
• Establish visual hierarchies and typography standards that align with the brand identity.
• Standardize UI behaviors to support a seamless user experience across devices.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

• Partner closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers to implement consistent design principles
• Translate user interface needs into intuitive component libraries
• Work alongside engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design assets

Governance and Maintenance of Design Systems

• Maintain the design system repository to ensure it reflects up-to-date guidelines and assets.
