What You'll Own

🎯 System Architecture & Design

• Develop, refine, and maintain a comprehensive design system that enhances UX coherence across all platforms.
• Build modular design components that support cross-device consistency and accessibility.
• Establish strong design tokens, layout grids, and spacing guidelines that align with the brand's evolution.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product designers, front-end developers, and accessibility specialists to embed the design system into daily workflows.
• Offer thoughtful critiques, maintain documentation, and facilitate onboarding to the system for team members.
• Translate evolving product goals into scalable UI patterns that minimize friction and maximize user engagement.

🧩 Visual Consistency and Branding

• Ensure that every visual decision aligns with our core design principles, encompassing typography, iconography, and motion design.
• Integrate UI elements with brand guidelines to create interfaces that are equally refined and intuitively designed.

🛠 Maintenance and Governance

• Audit current components and codebases to identify inconsistencies and streamline design decisions.

📘 Documentation and Education
