Core Qualifications

Preferred but Not Required

  • Certification in PMP, Prosci Change Management, or Scrum Master roles.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture and process redesign.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, health tech, or similar transformation-intensive industries.
  • Knowledge of digital maturity models and innovation frameworks.
