Core Qualifications

• Experience with agile, lean, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across different cultural and functional backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making capabilities.
• An eagerness to develop professionally and embrace unfamiliar platforms and systems.

Preferred but Not Required

• Certification in PMP, Prosci Change Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and process redesign.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, health tech, or similar transformation-intensive industries.
• Knowledge of digital maturity models and innovation frameworks.
