🎯 Primary Responsibilities of the Role

• 🧩 Provide personalized one-on-one coaching to team members at all levels

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to employees, encouraging them to identify their strengths, explore growth paths, and overcome limiting beliefs. 💼 Required Qualifications & Skills

• ✅ 4+ years of experience in employee coaching, career counseling, or leadership development
• 📜 Certification in Coaching (ICF, CTI, or similar is a plus)
• 🧠 Strong insight into workplace psychology, interpersonal dynamics, and motivation strategies
• 📈 Ability to use coaching tools and feedback mechanisms effectively
