Key Responsibilities

- Craft and execute comprehensive digital branding campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and careers pages.

- Audit existing brand content and recommend updates aligned with strategic objectives.
Content Development
- Create multimedia storytelling campaigns including videos, interactive graphics, and tech-forward visual assets.
- Author compelling employer blogs, employee spotlights, and branded email content.
- Develop content calendars and A/B test messaging strategies using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Analytics & Optimization
- Utilize platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Sprout Social to track key branding metrics.
- Translate brand performance data into actionable insights that inform strategy.
- Optimize content for SEO using tools like SEMrush and Yoast, while incorporating natural phrasing that aligns with search intent.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Recruitment to align branding with hiring goals.
- Manage cross-functional projects using platforms like Asana or Trello.
- Maintain documentation and project roadmaps to track deliverables and progress.

Qualifications and Experience

- Exceptional ability to develop and refine written content, supported by a track record of impactful storytelling and brand-aligned communication. That demonstrates original content strategy.
- Comfortable working with data and translating analytics into human-centric strategy.
- Prior experience working remotely or in distributed teams is preferred.
