What You’ll Be Doing
Guiding People to Their Potential
- Provide one-on-one career consultation, guiding job seekers through the remote job market with empathy and clarity.
- Conduct virtual intake assessments to understand individual employment barriers, aspirations, and skills.
- Develop personalized action plans to connect clients with meaningful remote employment opportunities that align with their goals and circumstances.
Building Bridges to Employers
- Cultivate relationships with inclusive hiring partners who share our mission of providing equal access to remote opportunities.
- Match client profiles with employers offering flexible work options and career growth potential.
- Coordinate virtual interviews and guide candidates through application processes with patience and professionalism.
Fostering Continued Growth
- Provide post-placement support, checking in regularly with placed candidates to ensure retention and job satisfaction.
- Offer coaching on virtual communication, conflict resolution, and work-life balance for sustained remote success.
- Encourage upskilling by connecting individuals to digital literacy workshops, certifications, and online training.

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years in employment services, career coaching, social work, or community outreach

Education
- A degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome with open arms.
