🌐 Regulatory Oversight

• Monitor evolving export laws and trade agreements, particularly EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and international equivalents
• Perform detailed classification of goods using ECCN, HTS, and Schedule B systems
• Ensure consistent compliance with international sanctions, embargoes, and dual-use export controls

📊 Data & Documentation Management

• Maintain a centralized digital repository of export documentation using tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Notion
• Perform internal audits and gap analysis to ensure full compliance and readiness for government inspections
• Implement standardized templates for export declarations and commercial invoices across teams

🔍 Screening & Risk Mitigation

• Conduct automated and manual screenings using Descartes and Visual Compliance
• Track and document red flag indicators such as inconsistent end-user information or unusual shipping destinations
• Develop escalation protocols and risk matrices to address potential compliance breaches

📦 Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive implementation of AI-powered tools for real-time classification and compliance checks
• Design and execute automation workflows using SAP GTS and Amber Road for license determination and export approval
• Optimize processing time by creating integrations between ERP systems and export platforms

📚 Training & Support

• Lead regular webinars and compliance workshops for employees and contractors worldwide
• Develop internal knowledge bases and e-learning modules for trade law updates
• Provide one-on-one support for internal teams managing export processes in high-risk regions
