You will work closely with legal counsel, human resources, operations, and other stakeholders to provide real-time guidance on compliance-related matters. As you build our framework, youโll support audits, assess risks, and lead training and continuous education efforts. ๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Regulatory Compliance Oversight
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant U.S. government regulations, contracts, and industry standards
- Remain informed of evolving legal requirements that may influence organizational practices
- Provide compliance guidance to internal stakeholders with clarity and compassion

- Develop and implement clear, accessible policies that reflect our values and support business objectives
- Translate complex legal requirements into practical, easy-to-understand language
- Ensure all compliance policies align with company strategy and employee wellbeing
๐ Auditing and Risk Assessment
- Design and lead internal audits to identify gaps and non-compliance risks proactively
- Perform risk assessments across departments, prioritizing transparency and preventive action
- Recommend corrective measures and track follow-up to resolution
๐ Legal and Ethical Analysis
- Conduct regulatory impact assessments and deliver informed recommendations to leadership
- Help balance legal obligations with operational goals and ethical considerations
- Support contract reviews and ensure documentation complies with legal requirements

- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments
- Lead compliance training sessions to ensure teams understand obligations and feel confident
- Act as a reliable point of contact for addressing compliance ethics and conducting inquiries

๐ What Makes You a Great Fit
โ Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Masterโs preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate law
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional environments
