What You’ll Do

• Analyze data from remote monitoring and SCADA systems to identify trends, anticipate failures, and maintain asset health.
• Troubleshoot system issues, develop action plans, and coordinate with global teams across different time zones.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing your hard-won insights and raising standards across the team
• Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders, regulators, and non-engineers
• Manage complex projects from planning through execution—always focusing on safety, cost, and quality.

Your Ideal Background

• Significant experience in high voltage engineering, power system design, or grid operations
• Deep familiarity with grid integration, substation upgrades, system modeling, and energy transition projects
• Analytical mindset—able to interpret live data and make fast, confident decisions
• Comfortable presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PE, CEng, or relevant certifications preferred
