Key Responsibilities

Candidate Coordination

  • Organize and schedule interviews across time zones, maintaining seamless communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Follow up with candidates at every stage to ensure a positive experience and a prompt feedback loop.

Recruitment Workflow Support

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure all candidate data is consistently updated.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to post job openings across multiple platforms and ensure accurate descriptions.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Compile reports on hiring metrics, time-to-hire, and pipeline flow.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance data to support decision-making.

Communication and Documentation

  • Draft offer letters, follow-up communications, and internal updates as needed.
  • Take initiative in keeping team members informed on changes to processes, priorities, or timelines.

Administrative Excellence

  • Coordinate internal hiring meetings, manage calendars, and maintain recruitment documents.
  • Prepare materials and agendas for hiring-related meetings.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment support, HR coordination, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a remote or distributed work setting is strongly preferred.
