π― Purpose of the Role
As a Remote HR Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our Human Resources team. You will support a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, scheduling, and compliance tracking. Your mission is to bring structure, accuracy, and speed to our HR workflows. From maintaining personnel data to communicating key policies, your contribution will help build a stronger company culture and enhance team productivity across all departments.
π Key Responsibilities
π Daily HR Support
- π£ Maintain and update digital employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- π΅ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR procedures, benefits, and policies
- π’ Assist in organizing internal HR documents, templates, and compliance paperwork
- π Manage HR calendars, including scheduling interviews, meetings, and onboarding sessions
- πΆ Draft, proofread, and distribute HR correspondence to internal teams
- π· Help maintain compliance with state and federal HR regulations
π Remote Onboarding & Offboarding
- π· Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by coordinating virtual training and orientation
- π‘ Collect and verify digital paperwork for new hires
- π© Conduct digital exit checklists and support HR feedback collection
- π΅ Assist with the provisioning of accounts and tools in coordination with IT
- π Ensure timely delivery of welcome packages or documentation kits
π Reporting & Data Management
- π Generate HR reports using spreadsheets or cloud-based platforms
- π£ Support audit preparation and compliance reviews
- π΅ Track and analyze basic HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and headcount
- π‘ Compile diversity reports, payroll summaries, and monthly updates for leadership
- πΆ Maintain data integrity in HRIS and ensure regular backups of sensitive records
π Administrative Coordination
- π’ Organize HR events such as virtual wellness days and team-building sessions
- πΆ Keep documents neatly filed within secure cloud systems
- π· Coordinate internally with payroll, IT, and department managers as needed

π Required Skills & Qualifications
π Education & Experience
- π‘ Bachelorβs degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- π£ 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience, preferably remote
