Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Guide HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a positive employee experience.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing advice and support on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to resolve employee disputes or grievances.
- Talent Management:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Partner with managers to identify talent development needs and implement training programs that foster employee growth and retention.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, helping managers set goals, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging ongoing development and skill enhancement.
- Workforce Planning:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and ensure the right talent is in place for future growth.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Promote and support initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Partner with leadership to create and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across diverse groups.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports for leadership that provide insights into workforce trends and HR performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role or similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
