Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, providing strategic HR guidance

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to distributed teams
- Strong understanding of employment law and remote HR compliance
- Experience building HR strategies that scale with organizational growth
- Ability to translate data into people strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
- Experience in HR business partnering in tech or digital-first companies
