  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technology.
  • Assess vendor solutions and recommend advanced technologies to improve HR functions.

Data & Analytics 📊

  • Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
