💼 Collaborate Creatively

🔸 Engage directly with clients via video and collaborative design tools to gather inspiration and ideas

🔺 Create functional layouts using space planning tools and develop 3D renderings and concept visuals
🔶 Select and recommend furniture, materials, colors, lighting, and accessories that reflect both client taste and practical needs

📖 Must-Have Qualifications

🔹 Educational & Professional Background

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of proven design experience, preferably with remote or virtual design clients

📄 Design Portfolio

A visually compelling portfolio that reflects your creativity and includes projects across different space types, such as homes, workspaces, and hospitality venues

📈 Software Proficiency

High proficiency in at least three of the following: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, 3ds Max, Foyr Neo

📊 Technical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of spatial planning, lighting design, color theory, material selection, and sustainable practices
