Key Areas of Impact

Strategic IT Guidance

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients from various industries to understand their technology goals and chart out improvement plans. You’ll help organizations refine cloud infrastructure, upgrade network operations, and align IT systems with business outcomes, enabling them to thrive in today’s digital environment.

Designing Scalable Infrastructure

Your insight will guide clients through technical complexities, from implementing secure remote-access environments to refining enterprise architecture. Your ability to adapt solutions to different team structures—especially remote-first models—will be crucial.

Supporting Remote Ecosystems

As organizations adapt to distributed work models, you'll lead efforts in streamlining remote workflows, enhancing data protection, and improving virtual team connectivity. You’ll ensure that tools, systems, and security measures function reliably across distances and devices.

Daily Contributions

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate and enhance digital frameworks
• Deploy cloud-native and hybrid solutions tailored to organizational goals
• Provide virtual onboarding, training sessions, and user adoption support
• Assess system performance and propose technical improvements
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive cybersecurity strategies

What You Bring

Professional Background

• At least 4 years in technology advisory, remote IT consulting, or systems integration
• Prior experience supporting cloud migration and remote infrastructure
• Capability to transform client requirements into real-world tech execution

Education & Credentials

• A bachelor's degree in a tech field such as Computer Science, IT, or Systems Engineering
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Security+, or ITIL are a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with cybersecurity protocols, cloud infrastructure, and remote tech tools
• Strong understanding of scalable systems and SaaS environments
• Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems and enhancing tech reliability
