Key Responsibilities

• 📑 Design engaging learning experiences that are pedagogically sound and technologically advanced
• 🔹 Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and tailor innovative solutions
• 🕹️ Evaluate and recommend eLearning platforms, tools, and technologies that align with organizational goals
• ⚖️ Ensure alignment with instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and learner preferences
