🎨 Instructional Design & Development

• Develop and implement digital learning content that aligns with instructional best practices.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar field, preferably in a remote environment.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional design strategies, and online course creation.

🛠 Technical Skills

• Proficiency in e-learning software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or custom platforms.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, and responsive web-based learning technologies.
• Understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to optimize learner engagement.
• Experience in video editing and animation software to create high-quality multimedia learning content.
