Role Overview: What You’ll Own
Manage Learning Tools and Integrations
- 🔄 Oversee LMS operations (Moodle, Canvas, Thinkific)
- 🧩 Ensure seamless API integration with CRM, HRIS, and payment systems
- 🛡️ Implement security protocols using SCORM and LTI
- 📂 Maintain content structure through metadata tagging and taxonomy
- 📡 Support integration with assessment tools and third-party edtech platforms
Drive Operational Excellence
- ⚙️ Automate content delivery workflows using tools like Zapier and Tray.io
- 📉 Leverage dashboards to track learner outcomes and system usage
- 🧪 Collaborate on QA testing cycles to ensure product quality
- 🕵️♂️ Use A/B testing to validate operational improvements
- 📦 Monitor load times, system performance, and data sync accuracy across platforms
Provide Support and Enablement

Who You Are: Skills and Strengths
Required Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in instructional technology or a related field
- 🧠 3+ years in a learning op or LMS admin role
- 💬 Excellent written and verbal communication
- ⚙️ Familiar with backend LMS settings, SCORM, LTI, APIs
