Role Overview: What You’ll Own

Manage Learning Tools and Integrations

• 🔄 Oversee LMS operations (Moodle, Canvas, Thinkific)
• 🧩 Ensure seamless API integration with CRM, HRIS, and payment systems
• 🛡️ Implement security protocols using SCORM and LTI
• 📂 Maintain content structure through metadata tagging and taxonomy
• 📡 Support integration with assessment tools and third-party edtech platforms

Drive Operational Excellence

• ⚙️ Automate content delivery workflows using tools like Zapier and Tray.io
• 📉 Leverage dashboards to track learner outcomes and system usage
• 🧪 Collaborate on QA testing cycles to ensure product quality
• 🕵️‍♂️ Use A/B testing to validate operational improvements
• 📦 Monitor load times, system performance, and data sync accuracy across platforms

Provide Support and Enablement

• 💡 Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 user assistance for platform-related issues

• 🔧 Escalate issues to dev teams and monitor resolution timelines

Who You Are: Skills and Strengths

Required Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in instructional technology or a related field
• 🧠 3+ years in a learning op or LMS admin role
• 💬 Excellent written and verbal communication
• ⚙️ Familiar with backend LMS settings, SCORM, LTI, APIs
• 🧮 Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets with v-lookups and pivot tables
• 🛠️ Strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, and task prioritization skills
