Position Summary
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary administrator of enterprise-level Learning Management Systems (LMS) used by teams across various functions and time zones. You’ll configure system settings, support instructional design, and manage integrations with third-party tools. As part of a forward-thinking learning and development organization, you’ll act as the technical bridge between people, platforms, and progress. Key Responsibilities
- Administer end-to-end LMS operations, including setup, maintenance, and customization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform access, media playback, and course availability
- Manage role-based access, permissions, and user authentication across systems
- Configure interactive course content using SCORM, xAPI, and LTI standards
- Collaborate with content developers to upload, test, and launch new courses
- Integrate LMS with HRIS platforms, CRMs, and video conferencing tools for unified learning
- Generate and automate detailed reports on learner progress, course engagement, and compliance
- Monitor system uptime, conduct routine diagnostics, and plan for capacity needs
- Enforce platform-wide security and data privacy protocols aligned with organizational policy
- Maintain documentation on system procedures, change logs, and troubleshooting guides

Education
