What You’ll Be Doing

• 🔹 Design Dynamic Atmospheres: Conceptualize and develop lighting designs that evoke emotion and purpose across various settings
• 🎨 Visualize Your Vision: Translate mood boards and creative briefs into immersive 3D lighting renders using industry-standard software
• 🧠 Collaborate Creatively: Work hand-in-hand with designers, architects, engineers, developers, and producers to ensure seamless lighting integration
• 🔁 Polish and Perfect: Accept and implement feedback to refine designs while maintaining artistic integrity
• 💻 Marry Tech with Aesthetics: Use software like Unreal Engine, Unity, or Blender to ensure your lighting adapts beautifully to real-time environments
• 🔍 Ensure Accuracy: Factor in energy efficiency, spatial functionality, and technical feasibility across every lighting plan

What We're Looking For

You live for the interplay between light and emotion. You're part designer, part innovator, and entirely obsessed with ambiance, structure, and emotional resonance.

Your Background

• 🎓 Degree in Lighting Design, Theatrical Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a similar discipline
• 🛠 Minimum 3 years of professional experience designing lighting for stage productions, architectural spaces, digital platforms, or events
• 💡 Proficiency with CAD and lighting simulation tools (DIALux, AGi32, Vectorworks, Wysiwyg)
• 🖥 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software like Rhino, SketchUp, or Blender
• 🎮 Bonus: Familiarity with game engines like Unreal or Unity for interactive lighting design
