Key Responsibilities

Championing Access and Support

• Review prior authorization criteria, insurance formularies, and coverage policies to ensure patients can access prescribed therapies.
• Partner closely with prescribers and case managers to collect and validate clinical information that supports prior authorization requests.
• Lead medication access consultations to identify coverage barriers and recommend alternate therapies when needed.
• Guide patients and caregivers through complex coverage processes, including manufacturer programs and co-pay assistance options.
