Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Onboarding Programs

🔹 Create and refine structured onboarding programs tailored to various job roles.
🔹 Develop engaging and interactive training content for new employees.
🔹 Design a digital onboarding toolkit covering policies, company culture, and essential procedures.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal standards.
🔹 Customize onboarding experiences to align with different departmental requirements.

2. Collaboration and Support

🔹 Work closely with HR teams to align onboarding processes with hiring objectives.
🔹 Partner with IT to guarantee seamless access to necessary tools and platforms before new employees begin.
🔹 Serve as a key point of contact to address onboarding concerns and facilitate smooth transitions.

3. Training and Development

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience & Skills

✅ At least three years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or employee onboarding.
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Proficiency in HR software and digital collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
✅ Experience in designing instructional materials or employee training is a plus.
✅ Understanding of employment laws and onboarding compliance requirements.
