What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps grounded in customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and research teams to ship features that genuinely help users.
• Analyze user behavior and industry trends to inform product direction
• Champion accessibility, usability, and user experience across all product decisions
• Translate complex requirements into clear product documentation and timelines
• Act as the connective tissue between stakeholders, prioritizing clarity and communication
• Lead iterative product cycles using data-backed insights, while staying open to feedback and change

What You Bring: Skills & What You Offer

• At least four years of managing products in a fast-paced technology setting
• Demonstrated experience building user-centric, scalable products
• Strong understanding of the whole product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setup
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with talent for making complex ideas accessible and actionable
• A deep appreciation for inclusive design, equitable access, and customer empathy
• Prior work with agile or iterative product development processes
• Any background—whether academic, vocational, or self-taught—is welcome
