- Utilize NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or Dedoose software to manage and synthesize qualitative data sets.
- Ensure ethical standards are met across all research practices, maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Lead scheduling, recruitment, and participant communication through online platforms.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations in remote stakeholder sessions.

β Essential Qualifications
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience conducting virtual or hybrid qualitative studies.
- Proficiency with techniques such as grounded theory, narrative analysis, and diary methods.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration environments and virtual research tools.
- Strong ability to convert participant narratives into meaningful insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for understanding human perspectives.
