🗂️ Full-Cycle Recruitment
- 🟣 Craft irresistible job descriptions and develop unique recruitment strategies
- 🔵 Source top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, niche job boards, and creative channels
- 🟠 Conduct engaging interviews that dive into more than just the resume
- 🟢 Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity and alignment on roles
- 🟡 Coordinate interview schedules and keep communication flowing
- 🟣 Extend offers and usher candidates through a smooth onboarding journey
📣 Employer Branding
- 🟣 Be the storyteller of our culture through posts, blogs, and outreach
