Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored to content types and platforms
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Conduct keyword research aligned with content intent and search trends
• Collaborate with the content team to refine meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking structures
• Optimize site architecture for crawlability, indexing, and fast page loading times
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics
• Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues or areas for SEO improvement
• Recommend SEO-driven updates to web development and UX teams

What You Bring

We’re seeking someone with clear thinking, strong execution, and a hunger to improve continuously:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing or content-heavy environment
• Solid understanding of current SEO principles and Google algorithm updates
• Proven success managing SEO for high-traffic websites
• Experience in remote work environments or asynchronous workflows
• Familiarity with schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing
• Comfortable managing technical audits and resolving SEO blockers
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to translate SEO data into actionable insights for content teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development is a plus
• Familiarity with keyword clusters and semantic search practices
