Position Summary

Your Mission as a Salesforce Architect

• Establish architectural governance and technical design standards across platforms.

Solution Engineering and Development

• Collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional teams to develop customized Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into robust technical blueprints aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement user-centric solutions that reduce friction and prioritize inclusive access.

Mentorship and Team Alignment

• Provide strategic mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins across global time zones.
• Foster open communication and idea exchange across multicultural, interdisciplinary teams.
• Actively engage in design reviews, architecture boards, and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment.

Candidate Profile

Required Technical Expertise

• 7+ years in Salesforce development, including 3+ years in architecture

Certifications and Education

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (required)
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
